Akumen software need not be taxing to install and run. We offer an excellent after-sales package. We will help with installation of software and data inputting to get our software up and running, with the exception of our free software.
We are confident of being able to show a user the basics of our software in a matter of hours.
Training videos
We have training videos for all of our software situated on our website, which show a user how to use basic functions of a particular program, enabling a mainly web-based support service. We have found training videos to be the easiest resource for learning software functions, enabling a user to see the software in use and to familiarise a user with the screens they will be using.
