Quantitative Information informs much decision making: it is easy to capture, measure and understand. It is what computers do best. But beware: you are only half informed.

Qualitative Information by contrast is very hard to capture, measure and understand. Until now computers have struggled to understand narrative. Thus it is at best overlooked, at worst ignored.
