Buying our products
Most of our software can be purchased online, apart from the Software Packages that are POA and tailored to your needs. Online purchases should be paid for via our secure server with a credit card.

Non-online purchase can be paid by credit card via telephone or by cheque. Please call Akumen on 01409 261527.

Delivery of products
All products are posted by courier and must be signed for. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

Returns and exchanges
If any of our products arrive faulty, please contact our customer service department on 01409 261527 and we will arrange a replacement product as soon as possible. We cannot give refunds for opened software.
