Turnover is vanity, profit is sanity, cash is reality

During an 18 Month period for TWB, whilst their industry was in recession, Akumen engaged with the staff and used their ideas , knowledge and experience to drive the business forward. A total of 1184 perceptions were gathered which led to 125 completed projects or actions.


The staff could see that their input could, and did, make a real difference. This lead to a positive culture change in the organisation with total buy-in and commitment from the workforce.
