Akumen were proud to have had a place in this panel discussion at the Health Innovation West of England Conference 2024. Chaired by Shane Devlin, Chief Executive of Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board, this session explored the link between culture, safety, innovation and productivity. Panellists included Matt Hill, Consultant Anaesthetist University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust; Marc Griffiths, Pro-Vice Chancellor for Health at the University of the West of England, Bristol and our own Suzanne Bailey, Lead Behaviourist at Akumen.
